2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on masks since the quality cannot be ensured once it has left our facilities. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please contact us at email@example.com if you would like to proceed with a refund. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately or alternatively, you’ll be refunded with a gift card of the same value.
